This 405,000 square foot project is anchored by Target and Lowe's Home Improvement Center, with approximately 90,000 square feet of anchor box spaces and over 40,000 square feet of shops and restaurant spaces located along Market Street. The project is located along the frontage road south of the Colorado River at the new intersections of Midland Avenue and East Meadows and West Meadows in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

With its excellent visibility and access from Interstate 70, the project is poised to become the primary shopping district for Glenwood Springs and the surrounding area. Currently, Glenwood Springs serves as the regional hub for Pitkin, Garfield, and western Eagle County including the Roaring Fork Valley, which compromises the affluent markets of Aspen, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek, Basalt, El Jebel, Carbondale and Redstone, along with multiple cities located along the Interstate 70 corridor, including Silt, New Castle, Rifle, Gypsum, Eagle and Meeker. This combined trade area represents a viable trade area of nearly 80,000 year round residents, with an additional tourist population of over 1.2 million annual visitors to the area. The closest retail market is Grand Junction (90 miles to the west).

To compliment Glenwood Meadows, the adjacent 290 acres affords new developments that will include live/work units, office space and 475 single and multifamily residential units directly south of the project. These new projects along with the existing Glenwood Springs community center make Glenwood Meadows the premier regional shopping experience for the entire trade area.
