This unique retail and office development is located in Arapahoe County, surrounded by one of the most affluent and rapidly emerging suburbs in the Denver metropolitan area.  It strategically lies within the Smoky Hill corridor which is rapidly expanding in terms of population, retail growth and traffic.  The E-470 toll road intersects Smoky Hill Road 1.7 miles east of the center.
