Aurora City Place

The award winning Aurora City Place is a prominent retail development of approximately 526,000 square feet located in the City of Aurora, Colorado.  Located at the NEC of Interstate 225 and Alameda Avenue, this Center is highly visible from the Interstate and easily accessible due to an improved interchange adjacent to the Property providing easy access to and from the Center for both north and south bound Interstate travelers.  The Center is also adjacent to the former Aurora Mall that is currently undergoing a $100 million renovation and transformation to the Town Center at Aurora.  Once complete, the renovated Town Center at Aurora will contain several new retailers including Dillard’s which is expected to open in late 2006.
