Located west of Academy Boulevard, between Union Boulevard and Montbello
Street in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Academy Place serves as
neighborhood shopping center that is anchored by Safeway, Ross Dress for
Less, and Target. Although built in 1982, the Center maintains an
attractive and contemporary appearance assisted by store improvements
made in year 2000 by Target. Since its original construction, Academy
Place has witnessed much growth in the surrounding area. Continued
growth is expected within the immediate trade area, such that by 2008
populations will have increased 30% over the existing population counts
