Our History
Miller Weingarten Realty, LLC (“MWR”) was uniquely formed as a joint venture between Miller Development (Englewood, Colorado) and Weingarten Realty Investors (Houston, Texas), blending the extensive local knowledge and contacts of a Colorado company with the financial strength and stability of a New York Stock Exchange Real Estate Investment Trust. Prior to the formation of the joint venture, Miller Development and its predecessors had been active in Denver and Colorado retail development for 20 years, and had developed over 3.5 million square feet of properties.
